Meal Plan #26

We had an interesting week that didn't leave me with much time to meal plan and grocery shop. I decided to make a quick grocery trip late Friday night so that we wouldn't spend the weekend eating out. I got just enough groceries to last for one week instead of two. That's just how it goes sometimes. It also means that I didn't film a grocery haul.

- Pioneer Woman's Sloppy Joes, Baked Beans, and Chips
- Tacos and Chips/Salsa
- Chicken Pasta, Salad, and Garlic Bread
- Shrimp Boil (Henry's Birthday Dinner)

- Cheesy Chicken Bundles, Roasted Veggies, and Rice
- Leftovers
- Pizza

Five on Friday

Happy Friday!

When I worked outside the home full time before having kiddos, I remember thinking that Fridays wouldn't be as exciting. It turns out, I was wrong. I am always excited to see Friday roll around.

1. This week has been straight up weird. I'm not even sure how to explain it.

2. I feel like the last person on the planet to fall head over heels for Fixer Upper, but it finally happened. I now understand the Farmhouse craze in home decor.

3. I shared the changes I made to our dining room during Week 3 of the A Bowl Full of Lemons Home Organization 101 Challenge. I came across 2, new to me, really old chairs that now have my dining room back in limbo again. Story Of My Life.

4. This week I shared my January Favorites on my YouTube Channel. I may or may not have went on and on about Fixer Upper.

Is it obvious we went to the library for new books?

5. I decided that instead of doing a whole post and link up for my #carrygrace52wkphotochallenge I am going to include the photo in my Friday Favorites post with no link up. It's no fun to party alone.

I'm linking up with High Five for Friday, Oh Hey, Friday, 5 on Friday, & Diary of a Real Housewife.

ABFOL - Home Organization 101 Challenge : Week 4 - The Launch Pad - BEFORE

I'm pretty excited about this week's challenge! You can check out all of the details for this challenge by visiting A Bowl Full of Lemons.

I am going to consider this space our launch pad. The door that you see leads to our garage. This space sees a lot of traffic each day.

We have a few systems in place, but they need a little bit of tweaking.

Let me rip the band-aid off and show you what is behind those cabinet doors.

EEK! It needs a little bit of work. I'm just glad that is behind closed doors. I honestly wouldn't mess with it, but it needs to function a little bit better for my little guys. They currently each have a shelf to hold all of there hats, gloves, a jacket, and all of the other random things that boys bring in and out of the house.

I have already started working on this particular cabinet and am planning to add some hooks behind the door.

We have coat closet, but it is at the front of the house. We need a place to quickly hang things to keep them from piling up on the couch. I wish I was kidding!

Want to see more? You can check this space out on my YouTube Channel. Be warned...it's not as clean as it is in this photo. I have my work cut out for me.
