Meal Plan #23
Y'all, I didn't plan to stay away so long. I have missed this little place. I took a break here to focus on my YouTube channel for Vlogtober, and then just kind of disappeared. Oops!
If you happen to also watch my channel, you know that I have recently switched from shopping for groceries every week to every other week. This also means that I am planning meals two weeks at a time instead of just for one week.
I am REALLY enjoying the change! I am saving money on groceries, but I am saving even more time. I am going to start posting our two plan here as well.
A couple things to keep in mind. We order pizza/takeout once a week and have leftovers once a week. This mean I will have have 10 meals listed.
All of these Slow-Cooker recipes are from the Southern Living Slow-Cooking Cookbook. I was only able to find one of them on-line to link.
Tater-tot Casserole and Peas
Slow-cooker Thai Ribs, Rice, and Broccoli
Slow-cooker Chicken & Dressing, Peas, and Okra
Turkey Meatballs with Creamy Gravy, Egg Noodles, Broccoli (I am going to use beef and cream of mushroom because I had it on hand)
Slow-cooker Smoked Sausage & Grits
Grilled Pimento Cheese Sandwiches and Chips
Cube Steak & Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, and Peas
Chicken Fried Rice and Egg Rolls
