Seafood Nachos

My husband has been eating Seafood Nachos from a local Mexican restaurant in our town since before we started dating. We have been married 17 years!

I always ordered the chicken nachos, but eventually caved and tasted the seafood nachos. Y'all, I didn't think it would be good, but it is so good.

I finally got wise and started making these at home. It's really easy. The restaurant we order these at makes them with flour tortilla chips, but I can't find them anymore. I know I could make my own, but I would rather keep this meal super fast and easy.

Ingredients
Tortilla Chips
Shredded Cheese ( I normally use Colby Jack, but Monteray and Pepper Jack are both good.)
Imitation Crab Meat

Toppings (optional)
Sour Cream
Guacamole

To Make
- cover a cookie sheet in foil
-cover pan in a single layer of chips
- add shredded cheese
- top with crab meat

Bake at 500 degrees until the cheese starts to bubble. It cooks better at a high heat. Don't walk away or you will burn it.

Add toppings and enjoy!

I didn't give amounts because it depends on how many you want to make. Just make it look good. I normally use about 1/2 to 3/4  bag of chips, 8 oz. cheese, and 3/4 of a small pack of crab meat to serve our family of 4.
